I have to say the KTS is the best product that has come out for women in a long time. No meds, a natural alternative. I didn't get this product for the normal reasons most women do. My reason was for prevention. After having a hysterectomy for medical reasons I have always been concerned about eventually becoming incontinent. I've spent most of my life wearing pads worrying about leaks and embarrassment. The last thing I want to do is to have to do that for the last half of my life. After trying to do the Keagle exercises manually I found that they are very difficult to do and very difficult to know if you're doing them right. This product is the answer to my worries. The KTS exercises the proper muscles so you know you are getting results. Easy to use anytime, most anywhere made it so convenient. I had no problem getting into a routine. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, whether they already have issues or wants to avoid what could be the inevitable. It dose not have to be inevitable. The price was so worth it if you think of what you could have to spend if you end up with a problem.

I am shocked, like gob smacked that this actually worked. I did not do it consistently for 12 weeks like it suggested. But I did do it for 3 days a week for a few weeks and I can already notice a major difference.
Now I did not have a problem with going #1 when I coughed but I did babe a problem with going #2 I had to hold between both and push in order to go #2 it was bulging from weekend, pelvic floor. And now even after a few weeks its no longer doing it. I am able to go to the bathroom now without having to my myself in ten correct place to go. I am so pleased with this that I would 100% recommend this to any woman whos ever had a baby.

I am so happy I bought this. Since having twins, my Pee has been out of control, especially, when I am running. I thought my stress continence would ease up but it has remained the same since giving birth. I love to run and workout but it was getting very embarrassing at the gym. Also, just drinking more liquids I would have to make sure a bathroom was close. Blah. I have only had this for about a week and I am GITTY!!!! I have experienced a 30% improvement. I never write reviews, but I felt like I should for this product to help other women. I am a 38 year old women who has had 2 natural births. My first daughter had a pretty large head so I feel like a lot of damage was done to my pelvic floor after that. Anyway, for the past few years I was peeing during sex, and not just a little either. I felt bad for my husband (who has been great about it), and I felt broken. So I found out about this kind of device on TV and ordered it. It came the very next day! Let me tell you, it works! I used it a couple of days and the first time I had sex after using I noticed that I didnt pee as much, second time I had sex I barely peed at all, and the third time no pee!! I have only had the device less than 2 weeks. I am so happy with the results. Just use it consistently, morning and night. Now dont get frustrated if you dont feel anything when you first turn it on, you have to turn it up to at least 20ma to feel anything. I usually turn it up pretty high because I am so happy with the results and I want to make my pelvic muscles as strong as possible.

I've had pelvic floor issues since the birth of my 3rd child about six years ago. I've had issues with incontinence for the past couple of years. I got this device as a last effort before asking my doctor for surgery. I felt like I was doing pelvic floor exercises around the clock with absolutely no impact. So, I wasn't exactly full of hope when I bought this. Fast forward to about 2 weeks of regular use, I'm having almost zero issues with incontinence. Considering how big of an issue it was, I am so happy this is working. If you're on the fence, take a chance on it. It has far surprised my expectations.

I tried doing kegels before, but could never do them right. I couldnt even feel the muscles that you are supposed to use. I have had 4 kids over the course of almost 13 years. One of them was over 8 pounds with a huge head, and one was over 8 1/2 pounds. That was especially a lot on my short 49 frame. So, naturally I would now be dealing with some incontinence, especially as I get older. I had my first baby at 20 and am now 33. I was skeptical but decided to take the leap. Ive only used this thing 3 times, but so far its so worth it! S?x already feels better! My husband never complained before, but based on his reactions, it was better for him too. He doesnt know that I bought this, and I dont think its such a vast difference yet that he has really noticed, but I hope and think that it will continue to improve. He was definitely able to c~m faster than usual too! So far, so worth it!
