I had some periodontal laser therapy for bleeding gums and was prescribed antibiotics. I hate taking antibiotics and avoid them whenever possible, opting for natural or alternative remedies. I used this guy three times a day along with Therabreath Periodontal rinse (also found on KTS Lab) and at my 2 week follow up, the periodontist said 'Good as new!' I was a little nervous because I didn't follow his post procedure instructions, but this worked so well he never knew! Added plus that it can be used to whiten teeth as well. Haven't tried that yet. I also use this for those days when I can't wait to have that first bite of pizza and burn the roof of my mouth! I feel like it heals up faster! Haha. I highly recommend this product!

Been using half an hour each night for the past 2 weeks and already seeing results. Been bleeding since I was a teenager everytime I brush my teeth, and thats no longer happening. Excited for my next perio appointment to see if he also sees a difference! On a side note, its very comfortable and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I feel like Ive spent my life in the dentist chair. In college, I had 16 molars ground down and caps put on them, and now, 50 years later, I have had two full mouth restoration. Most of my teeth are capped and many teeth are missing, with many implants and root canals. With the money I have spent on my teeth, I could have put my grandchildren through college. I had a deep pocket that an oral surgeon wanted to preform surgery on to shave down my jawbone to prevent further bone loss. After using this device, without whitening gel, every day for 3 months, the pocket is now completely gone, healed up, and the teeth moved back together without any space between them at all. It has also healed up some cracks in my front teeth that you could see by shining a light behind them. I now only have 2 tiny cracks left that Im sure will fill in shortly. I have had periodontal disease for over 30 years and my gums are filling in and dont bleed at all. I dont know if it will reverse everything, but Im extremely happy with the device even if it doesnt clear up everything especially for $30! I was not given anything for this review and have purchased additional devices for my husband and father.If you have problems with charging, try cleaning the contact points with an eraser even if its brand new. Mine didnt charge quite right when I got it, but it was still usable for a month. Cleaned the contacts and it worked better than when I got it, so there might be some kind of oil left from manufacturing.

Just had major surgery on gums and also a tooth removed. The LANAP=LAR uses laser that cleans both gums and tooth without tissue loss. Luckily I had this device that speed up the healing and calmed down my soreness and it was sore for about two weeks. Used this (Blue/Red) duo light for my home treatments twice a day. I already own the DPL light therapy device ($99.00) but at the time it did not not have blue light. This light shines through out your mouth and treats every area the light hits. I will continue to use the blue light combo since it kills bacteria the blue light is also used for Acne normally on face machines. This is a super buy and I've had no complaints. Super easy recharge and I keep my cord in a safe place so as not to bend it. Its perfect to maintain mouth bacteria (Blue light) and swelling or damaged gums (Red light) at bay. A Non negotiable for a healthy mouth whether you have issues or not.

I purchased it as I am having extensive and expensive gum surgery and dental work done. I am hoping the red light therapy helps promote healing and minimize swelling. I just started using it, and the first step of the surgery has started; I will report back with my findings.

I am a big fan of red light therapy and and use it full body to better my skin, for pain management and scar healing.
