The first neck therapy light I received wouldn't come on and wouldn't charge. KTS replaced the unit, and it appears the replacement works fine and charges as it should.

I ordered this for my husband since hes had neck surgery on his spinal cord. I wanted something that was portable for car rides and gave him mobility. This red light therapy devise works great! We have never tried red light therapy and I was kind of skeptical but this devise heats up well and helps loosen the muscles around the neck. Ive even borrowed it a few times after a intense work out and felt less muscle soreness after. I love that small enough to do the trick but packs a lot of heat. The high level is too hot for me, in-fact I recommend taking off any necklaces you may have on if you like the high heat, it heats the chain up really hot. The only negative I would say is when it turns it self off, the beep kind of startles me, but its a nice tool to have an automatic shut off in case you fall asleep with it on. All in all, I would recommend.

I love using this product for a stiff neck. It really helps to relieve the tenseness. I would definitely recommend this product for others who also need some stiff neck routine on occasion. The customer service from this company was also superb!

I have a lot of red lights in my household because I swear by the results. So I bought this originally for my neck but discovered multiple applications for other body pains. I have a knee problem and the pain stems from the posterior side, I usually have to hold my usual red light and move it around which is time consuming. But because of this products curved shape and flexible sides I was able to put this on the back of my knee hands free! Ive used it on my shoulder, my thighs, arms, ankle and my hair line, I forget it was made for the neck ??. Another plus, it stays on for a long time and battery charging is quick. It does get very hot, so I put a white linen cloth btw us. One of my favorite purchases on Google. And thank u Google for carrying products that I would not be able to find in stores, you came through for me many times. ??

This is my favorite red light tool. I wear it like a headband for hair growth. I like that I dont need to be attached to any wires while wearing it, because I actually got the red light cap on temu but that one has the wire connected. You cant use it unplugged. So I find that frustrating, also its not a smug fit so I found that I didnt wear that one often. This one on the other hand I reach for a lot for its comfy feel and benefits. I think this by a long shot will continue to be my most favorite red light device. Itll be very cool when I start seeing results in my hair thickness! Highly recommend!

If you have severe neck pain Id definitely give this a try. When I first opened it I thought it wouldnt fit my neck cause it looked tiny but then I relieved it stretches and adjusts to the size of the neck its going on! It can stretch superrrr big. My neck is pretty small so I was nervous the sides were going to be too hot since it wrapped around my neck and kinda reached the front near my throat so I couldnt relax the first time using it I sat there so alert and ready to pull it off if it started burning the front of my neck then I realized the sides are only slightly heated and focus on the red light therapy while the main part in the back middle heats stronger where your neck isnt as sensitive so I had nothing to worry about the whole time! Ive now been using it for a 15 minute session everyday while I read or watch a show and relax its really nice and cozy. Its also small enough to travel with or store into a box so it doesnt take up a bunch of space!

I have seen so many videos online about red light therapy and thought Id give it a shot. I personally have hypothyroidism and am always tired and physically drained. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has been on the fence about it. I personally love this device because it is super easy to use as well as really comfortable. My main concern when looking for a red light therapy device was making sure that it would be comfortable enough for me to use and still be able to preform normal activities while using it.
